Each daily serving gives 10 g of collagen peptides from three sources: bovine, marine (fish) and eggshell membrane. It also adds 50 mg vitamin C, 5,000 µg biotin and 30 mg hyaluronic acid. One 240 g pack holds 24 servings.

How do I use an unflavoured collagen powder?

Because it has no added flavour, you can stir it into water, coffee, tea, a smoothie or porridge. Use the serving size shown on the pack and do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.

What does the vitamin C and biotin in it do?
