Refund and Return Policy

If something is not right with your order, we will put it right. This policy sets out how, and it sits alongside your statutory rights under UK consumer law rather than replacing them.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. To cancel, email info@nutribitesmarket.com with your order number before the 14 days are up.
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept the return of sealed food supplements once the seal has been broken, as allowed under those regulations. Unopened items can always be returned.
Returning unopened products
- 14-day window. Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid.
- Free returns. We will email you a prepaid return label, so there is nothing for you to pay to send it back.
- Condition. Please keep items sealed and in their original packaging. Once we receive them in resaleable condition we will process your refund.
Damaged or faulty items
If any part of your order arrives damaged, or is faulty, email info@nutribitesmarket.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number. A photo helps us improve our packaging but is not required. We will send a replacement at no extra cost or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Items we cannot accept back
- Opened or used products, for hygiene and safety reasons
- Gift cards and store credit vouchers
- Products returned after the 14-day window has closed
This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are covered by this policy in the same way as one-off orders. To stop future deliveries, skip, pause or cancel from your account. See our Subscription and Cancellation Policy for details.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of us approving the return, and we will email you when it is done.
- Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days for the money to appear in your account.
- Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we refund the standard delivery charge you paid as well as the price of the goods.
How to start a return
- Email info@nutribitesmarket.com with your order number, the email address used to place the order, and what you would like to do.
- We reply with next steps and, where a return is needed, a prepaid label. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for a reply.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using the label provided.
- We process your refund once the return arrives and has been checked.
