Full Refund Guarantee: If you’re not happy with the taste or product experience, just let us know within 14 days of delivery and we’ll refund your full purchase price.

No Returns Necessary: We won’t ask you to send the product back – you can keep it as our way of saying thanks for trying Nutri Bites! (This guarantee applies to your first purchase only.)
📦 Damaged or Broken Items
If something arrives broken or damaged, don’t worry – we’ll make it right:

Contact Us Within 7 Days: If any part of your order is damaged in transit, email us at info@nutribitesmarket.com within 7 days of delivery.

Quick Replacement or Refund: We’ll promptly send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. (In some cases, we may request a photo of the damage to help us improve our packaging.)
