• Multi Collagen Protein Powder: high in protein. Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass, vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, and biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin. Contains fish and egg.
• Electrolyte & Mineral Drink Powder: vitamin C and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Sweetened with sucralose. Contains 450 mg sodium per serving, so it is not suitable on a sodium-restricted diet.
• Instant Coffee with MCT & Collagen: a creamy instant coffee blend. Contains caffeine, milk and fish, so it is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
• Cacao Powder Hot Chocolate: one ingredient, cacao powder. High in fibre, with no added sugars (contains naturally occurring sugars).

How do I use collagen powder?

Stir one 10 g serving into a hot or cold drink, such as coffee, tea, a smoothie or water. It is unflavoured. One 240 g pouch gives 24 servings.

Is the electrolyte powder sugar-free?

It is sweetened with sucralose, a sweetener. Check the full nutrition information on the product page for its sugar content.

Is the Instant Coffee with MCT & Collagen vegan?

No. It contains milk and fish collagen, so it is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. It also contains caffeine and is for adults (18+).

What is in the Cacao Powder Hot Chocolate?

Only cacao powder. Mix 10 g (one to two scoops) with hot water or your milk of choice. It has no added sugars and is high in fibre.

Can I use more than one powder a day?
