Orders and delivery
How much is delivery?
Tracked UK delivery is £3.49. Orders of £35 or more get free tracked UK delivery, applied automatically at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivery usually takes 2–3 working days from dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order is sent tracked, and your dispatch email contains the tracking number and link.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We deliver to selected countries outside the UK. Availability, cost and timings are shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Savings and bundles
How do the multi-buy savings work?
Add any 2 products and 10% comes off automatically at checkout. Add 3 or more and you save 15%. You can mix and match across the whole range — no code needed.
Are the bundles cheaper?
Yes. Each curated bundle is priced below the cost of buying the products separately, and the saving is shown on the bundle page.
Do you have a discount for new customers?
Join our email list and you will receive a 10% welcome code for your first order.
Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
Choose Subscribe & save on any product page and your order repeats automatically at the interval you pick, at a lower price.
Can I cancel?
Yes — you can skip, pause or cancel at any time from your account. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Returns and refunds
Can I return my order?
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Full details, including how to start a return, are in our Refund & Return Policy.
My order arrived damaged.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if possible, and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Are your gummies sugar-free?
Our gummy range is made with 0 g sugar per serving and set with pectin rather than gelatine. Full ingredients are listed on every product page.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
Suitability is listed on each product page, because it varies by formula. Check the Ingredients section of the product you are interested in.
Where can I find allergen information?
Allergens are declared on every product page in the Ingredients section, alongside the full ingredient list.
Where are your products made?
Our formulas are manufactured for us in a cGMP-registered facility, and every batch is numbered and traceable.
How should I store them?
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and keep out of the reach of young children.
Health and safety
Can I take supplements if I am pregnant or on medication?
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking any food supplement.
Can I take more than one product at once?
Check the label of each product and do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose of any of them. If you are unsure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Are these suitable for children?
Our products are intended for adults. Keep out of the reach of young children.
