These Terms govern your use of the NutriBites website and any order you place with us. By using the site or buying from us you agree to them. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Who we are

NutriBites is a UK brand selling food supplements.

2. Eligibility

Our products are intended for adults. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Orders and payment

  • Acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If a product is unavailable or incorrectly priced we may decline the order and will refund you in full.
  • Payment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Shopify Payments and PayPal.
  • Prices. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but not after your order is placed.
  • Discounts. Automatic multi-buy savings and discount codes apply as described on the site at the time of purchase, and cannot be applied retrospectively.

4. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated timings are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, it renews automatically until you cancel. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time from your account, with no fee. See our Subscription and Cancellation Policy.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You have a statutory right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery. Full details, including the exception for opened food supplements, are in our Refund and Return Policy.

7. Our products

Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Always read the label before use and do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Check the ingredients if you have an allergy or intolerance. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use. Keep out of the reach of young children.

Product images are illustrative. Packaging and formulations can change, so the label on the product you receive is the definitive source of information.

8. Use of our website

You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, copy or redistribute our content without written consent, or post false or misleading reviews.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, logos, product images and designs, is owned or licensed by NutriBites and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

10. Privacy

We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way that would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email info@nutribitesmarket.com with your order number and we will do our best to resolve it.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
