How to choose
- Men's Multinutrient Capsules: zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, and selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis. Contains green tea extract, so do not take on an empty stomach.
- Live Cultures & Fibre Capsules: nine bacterial cultures with Jerusalem artichoke, acacia fibre and chicory root in one capsule a day. Not suitable if you are immunocompromised, unless your doctor advises it.
- Glutathione Complex, DIM, Turmeric and Tongkat Ali: these are botanical or specialist ingredients. Health claims for botanicals are not yet authorised in Great Britain, so we tell you exactly what is in each capsule and how much, and make no claims about what it does. Read each product's warnings before you buy.

Capsules FAQs
How many capsules do I take a day?
It depends on the formula: one a day for DIM and Live Cultures & Fibre, two a day for Men's Multinutrient, Glutathione Complex and Tongkat Ali, and three a day for Turmeric. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose on the label.
How long does one pot last?
DIM lasts 60 days, Turmeric 20 days and the other four 30 days at the stated dose.
Why do some capsules have no health claims?
In Great Britain, only authorised health claims can be made for food supplements. Claims for botanical ingredients such as turmeric and tongkat ali are still on hold, so we list ingredients and amounts instead. Claims we do make, such as those for zinc and selenium, use the authorised wording.
Can I take these capsules with medication?
If you take medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use. Some formulas have specific warnings, for example Turmeric (blood-thinning medication), DIM (hormone-sensitive conditions) and Glutathione Complex (contains liquorice).
Are they suitable during pregnancy?
No. Our capsules are for adults (18+) and are not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. More answers are on our FAQ page.
